Sustainability Reports

The European Union has approved the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) came into force on January 5, 2023 and requires the following types of companies to prepare and publish their Sustainability Report:

From January 1, 2024, companies with more than 500 employees subject to the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) will be required to submit their reports in 2025.
From January 1, 2025, large companies that are not currently subject to the non-financial reporting directive with more than 250 employees and/or €40 million of turnover and/or €20 million of total assets, which must present their reports in 2026.
On January 1, 2026, it will be the turn of small and non-complex credit institutions, captive insurers and listed SMEs.

To comply with this regulation, as well as to improve the image and reputation of companies in terms of Sustainability, at Biolinea we prepare sustainability reports in accordance with the scheme (GRI Global Reporting Initiative).
